
WHAT SHE DOES
Mentor and inspire current educational leaders, future educational leaders, leaders of non-profit organizations, and individuals in racial literacy, equality, social justice, fairness, and curriculum integration by:

Utilizing Dr. James Banks's to know, act, care framework and Implicit bias test to address instructional needs.

Organizing and preparing sessions using suitable tools and expertise that address the need

Establishing connections between instructional methods and cultural responsiveness.

Following up with participants post-sessions to track progress and encourage success to sustain learning.

Educating educators on identifying micro-aggressions, microinvalidations, and micro-insults in curriculum, as well as in their communities of color.

Training and introducing teachers and administrators to evidence-based best practices in selecting appropriate instructional materials.

Recording and maintaining accurate data to enhance outcomes for ALL students.
WHAT SHE GAINED
Constance Robinson earned her BA from the University of Illinois, BS from the University of Minnesota, MS from Grand Canyon University, and a doctorate in education from Bethel University. She has her social worker license from the State of Arizona, a license as a psychologist in Arizona, principal license in three states: Iowa, Minnesota, and Texas.
She holds a superintendent license in Minnesota, a special education director license, and a licensed foster parent. She spent years working in special education in a level IV setting to prove that all students can learn, no matter the race, religion, or disorder placed on their lives, and students can achieve academic success.

As a successful principal of alternative programs (Alternative Learning Centers, Charter Schools, Independent Study Programs, Online Principal, Career and Technical Education (CTE) Programs, Targeted Services Programs, Specialized Programs for Students with Disabilities, Teen Parent Classes, Day Care, Re-Entry, JDC) grades 9-12th have improved graduation rates for BIPOC/ML/ teen parents/ LGBTQ+IA by 65%. She continues to transform the lives of educators and community organizations by slowly yet rapidly peddling forward with racial/gender equity work in curriculum, communication, creativity, and critical thinking and by sharing and modeling practical strategies with students, families, and community members.
