Collaborative and inclusive leadership

Constance's dedication to diversity, equity, and inclusion in education and leadership as a Black Female Leader is truly commendable. Her effective social and moral leadership has positively impacted underrepresented students and families, as well as influenced housing and economic development policies to promote inclusive practices in education. Over the span of more than twenty years, she has collaborated with educational leaders at local, regional, and national levels to continuously improve accountability, advocacy, and resource allocation. Constance's efforts have been instrumental in addressing educational disparities for BIPOC & LGBQT+IA leaders, ensuring that all marginalized learners have access to a free, appropriate, and high-quality education, regardless of their background.

Ilhan encourages Muslim teenage girls

45 made several controversial statements about Muslims during his time in office. Throughout his political career, Dr. Robinson scheduled a visit to the Minnesota capitol for Muslim girls to see how a bill becomes a law, and this is who they connected with on the way to the meeting. Ilhan Omar met with Minnesota Math and Science Academy Muslim teenage girls to encourage them not to allow discriminatory comments to interfere with their destiny.
